Deliverability
Deliverability first: the inbox decides your campaign
18 June 2026
You can have the right list, a genuine reason to reach out and a message that reads like a human wrote it, and still get silence. Not because the offer was wrong, but because the email never reached the inbox. Deliverability is the part of outbound nobody sees and everybody pays for, so we treat it as the foundation, not an afterthought.
Reputation is earned slowly and lost fast
Mailbox providers decide where your email lands based on how your domain and sending behaviour look over time. A cold domain that suddenly sends hundreds of messages looks like a spammer, so it gets filtered. We warm new domains gradually, keep volume inside safe limits and never put the primary company domain at risk. The sending happens on separate domains built for the job.
The three checks that have to pass
Before any campaign goes out we confirm the technical setup is correct: SPF, DKIM and DMARC all aligned and passing. These are the records that prove an email is really from you. When one is missing or misconfigured, providers lose trust and placement drops, often without any bounce to warn you. We test every inbox and fix what fails before the first send.
Content shapes placement too
Spam filters read the message, not just the headers. Heavy formatting, too many links, image-only emails and trigger words all pull placement down. Plain, personal text that reads like one person writing to another performs best, and it happens to convert better as well. Good deliverability and good copy pull in the same direction.
Measure placement, not just opens
Open rates have become unreliable, so we watch the signals that actually matter: bounce rates, spam complaints, reply rates and seed-inbox placement across the major providers. When a number drifts, we slow down, diagnose and protect the domain before it becomes a problem. The goal is simple. Every email earns its place in the inbox.
